Most people who have never had a treatment want to know one thing: what actually happens. This is it, in order.
You arrive.
Come as you are. There is nothing to prepare and nothing you need to have worked out before you get here.
You talk for a few minutes.
Before anything begins, you and Lynne go through how you are, what you would like from the time and anything she should know.
The pressure is yours.
Gentle or firm is your call, and you can change your mind partway through. Say so, and it changes.
You leave in your own time.
Nobody hurries the end. Take a minute before you get up, and go back out slower than you came in.

I'm Lynne, and I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a proud mum and a young nan, with a background in nursing and a genuine passion for caring for others. Nursing taught me the importance of compassion, connection and taking time to look after both our physical and emotional wellbeing.
Outside of work you will usually find me spinning or at the gym. Keeping active is a big part of my own self-care, and I truly believe that wellbeing and self-care are not luxuries. They are an important part of feeling our best.
I created Serenity Therapies after losing my Dad last year, who was not just a Dad but my best friend too. I knew I needed to slow down, switch off and make time for myself, and to put my effort into something he would be proud of.
I can't wait to welcome you to Serenity Therapies.
